Game Description

Romanian developer Fun Labs continues its 21st century foray into first-person shooter territory with U.S. Most Wanted: Nowhere to Hide, using the current world climate as a backdrop for hunting down fugitives of terrorism, crime, and renegade warlords. Players take the role of Randall Joyce, a retired counter-terrorist operative, who tracks down world-class miscreants as a freelance, non-government supported agent. By operating outside of the law and international convention, Joyce has free reign to eliminate the enemy using any means at his disposal.

As a cross between mercenary and modern day bounty hunter, players have access to a large arsenal, ranging from picklocks and knives to shoulder-launched missiles and grenades. Movement options include stealth, jogging, or sprinting, with both first and third person perspectives available for the best view in various situations. Joyce's health is tracked by an on-screen silhouette that reflects increasing damage as he receives injuries. Multiplayer action for up to eight offers Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and "Most Wanted" modes of gameplay, via LAN or the Internet. ~ Michael L. House, All Game Guide.
